Signs It's Time For a Duct Cleaning

Why is duct cleaning important?

It Increases the efficiency of your heating and air conditioning system by removing debris that restricts airflow.

Improve air quality by removing allergens, dust, pollutants and possible debris that have been collected in your ductwork.

How often should you get your ducts cleaned?

Some of this will have to do with your location
We recommend every three to five years, depending on the variables at your location, such as: remodeling, health concerns, smoking, pets or animal dander.

There can be buildup from daily HVAC use, past/current owner usage, pet dander, remodeling or new construction projects, particles in your ductwork from children like crayons, pennies, toys, etc. Angels Heating and Air Conditioning’s team of professionally trained technicians can help improve your home or office’s indoor air system.

How to set up an appointment

Please call our office at 209-736-4541 to arrange a no cost Air Duct Inspection. At the time of this visit we will be gathering information for a written proposal to clean your air duct system. That proposal will be emailed to you approximately one week after our initial visit. While on site we will provide education and let you know what you can expect when we come back to perform work.

The Process

Our duct cleaning process is a 3-part system requiring 2 technicians to perform.

Vacuuming

Using a powerful HEPA-filtered vacuum, we clean your ducting by inserting air duct cleaning tools to agitate and dislodge any dirt in your air ducts. At the same time, while cleaning your system. The HEPA-AIRE Vacuum system will pull the dislodged dirt to the vacuum.

Compressed Air Flush

After loosening the contaminants lodged in your air ducts, we blow compressed air through the system to flush all traces of dirt and dust out of your ductwork and into our specialized vacuum system.

Sanitization of the System with a Commercial Grade Deodorizer

The last step of this process uses a light mist deodorizer. This Spray is designed for HVAC Ductwork. It is sprayed into the intake vents while the system fan is running. It is designed to help control odors associated with bacteria, mold, mildew, smoke and animals. If additional applications are required, it is not included in the original proposal.

Exclusions to this offer are manufactured and modular homes.
